
The purpose of this analysis is to document the control system logic for the RELAP5 model [1] of the RBMK-1500 [2]. The control system consists of control variables and trip logic to control or specify boundary conditions for the model during normal operating conditions as well as anticipated transient conditions.
The plant model has been developed and is fully described in Reference [2]. The scope of the plant model is defined as follows;
