Acknowledgments

The compilation of design and operational data for a nuclear power plant built by the highly centralized Soviet Union turned out to be a sizable undertaking. It would not have been possible without the cooperation and help a large number of people. We would like to acknowledge the valuable assistance rendered in collecting the data by Dr. B. Česna.
