LEI representatives at Sustainable Nuclear Energy Technology Platform’s General Assembly and Forum

Through 17-19 April LEI representatives Algirdas Kaliatka and Sigitas Rimkevičius participate in the Sustainable Nuclear Energy Technology Platform‘s (SNETP) General Assembly and Forum.

The Forum brings together 275 participants from 26 countries. The Lithuanian Energy Institute is currently participating in 3 Euratom projects of the Horizon Europe Programme, which have been awarded the SNETP label, indicating that the project ideas have been positively evaluated by the SNETP experts, and have been recognised as mature and in line with the SNETP Starting Points. SNETP is the European Technology and Innovation Platform recognised by the European Commission, bringing together 120 organisations from 25 countries.

The expenses for participation in the SNETP General Assembly were covered by the project ‘Membership in the European Association of Research Managers and Administrators’, funded by the Recovery and Resilience Facility under the NextGenerationEU – Lithuania plan, with the Research Council of Lithuania (LMT) as the funding authority.
