On 10–11 October, Monika Inčerytė, International Cooperation Coordinator at the Lithuanian Energy Institute (LEI), and doctoral student Javid Karimov participated in the “Study in Europe” education fair held in Baku, Azerbaijan.
During the event, LEI representatives presented PhD studies and career opportunities at the Lithuanian Energy Institute and introduced visitors to the Institute’s scientific activities and ongoing research in the energy sector. The representatives had the opportunity to connect with students seeking study opportunities abroad, early-career researchers and other higher education institutions. Fair visitors were interested in LEI’s doctoral studies, career opportunities in the energy sector and the Institute’s activities.
LEI representatives also met with the European Union Ambassador to Azerbaijan, Marijana Kujundžić, and gave an interview to Azerbaijan’s national broadcaster AzTV.
“Study in Europe” is a higher education fair organised by the Delegation of the European Union to Azerbaijan for students interested in studying in Europe.
