The work programme of OPET BUILDING aims at:
1. Increasing the level of information and know-how at the relevant players that influence the efficient national and regional implementation of the European regulation.
2. Supporting of the application of innovative instruments with promising market potential such as Energy Performance Contracting and Life Cycle Cost Analysis.
3. Improving the “standard approach” for the refurbishment of residential buildings towards more comprehensive and innovative approaches.
4. Paying special attention to innovative technologies and design concepts that have passed the primary stage of demonstration and that are just on the edge to commercialisation with a promising market perspective.
5. Setting-up widely used information channels for internal and external communication and information.
